Linksys Wireless-Gbridge for phone adapters WBP54G Review

Pro
I only have a couple of days, but seems to work equally well with my Linksys SPA2102 VoIP-TA and Call Centric. Sb easy installation in XP, not so much in Vista (see below). Amazon has the right model, this is a WBP54G.
With adequate Linksys TA is no power adapter required.
Cons:
1) No support Vista (but in Vista you can right click on SetupWizard.exe After extraction> Compatibility> Check the compatibility mode and choose XP SP2, and select "Run asAdministrator to run "> Apply then. Be sure to pull and plug in the power of the device when not displayed).
2) No recording media, which I found, and little other support.
3) No power adapter (not used for the Linksys TA), containing

Does not work w/ Dish Network’s ViP 722K – Leonardo Pimentel – Las Vegas, Nevada
I bought the product was to connect my Dish Network HD DVR (VIP 722k) with my wireless router (Linksys WRT54G). One of the places mentioned above said they were able to use them directly to their TV box, and it worked well. Perhaps with Dish Network VIP 722k.
Easy set up with Windows XP Pro after disconnecting the network cable of the bridge from my wireless router and leave the deck they put in the wall (you need a separate power supply 5V2A purchase), theWireless bridge showed that it was connected wirelessly through the indicator light. I pulled into the room, it was necessary to put in and still connected wirelessly. I put the network cable into the back of ViP 722k, and the associated (Ethernet and Wireless LEDs light up) for about 5 seconds before no more than wireless Ethernet port on the box. I unplugged the Ethernet connection from the back of the box, and disconnect the AC adapter from the wall, connectedthe power cord, and the indicator of wireless connection for the wireless bridge will not turn on again. It seemed that after plugging in the receiver Dish Network is dead. Needless to say, I reset the bridge on the XP … The result is that getting a wireless signal and die when they are included in the VIP 722k.
It seems that – not only with the DISH Network ViP 722k.
But will it do what I want? – Inventor – Triad, NC
I need a phone to the Internet. I go to an Internet connection, wireless and / or cable – as in a hotel or at home.
What do I need to make a phone call next to the headset and the internet connection?
Currently I have a Vonage V-Phone. E 'impressive, but you need a PC. I want to make calls without dragging behind the PC, and put them to theft.
Oh, and I want certainty and clarity.
Works fine but – had to go to Ebay for power supply – D. Callahan – Atlanta, GA
I have to avoid two of these for your wireless card cheap to run Ethernet cable to a DirecTV box and a new blue ray player is necessary for Internet connections. It was not clear that the bridges do not include wireless power supplies. After receiving a unit of Cisco, I had to go to eBay to find the strength for them to discover, operate according to this standard D-Link power supply would be. As soon as I power both to connect the wireless bridge worked well the DTV box and DVD playerInternet.
